Payments
Payment for Poultry housing is due in full at the time of ordering. Ayside Poultry Arks reserve the right to alter prices from time to time.
Claims
Any claims of any kind must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
PLEASE NOTE: when you sign a carriers ticket on receipt of goods, you are signing that you are receiving it and its contents IN GOOD CONDITION. Carriers will not accept claims for damage once you have signed.
Returns
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returned/cancelled orders may be subject to a 15% handling charge.
Use of Equipment
No liability is accepted by the seller for any loss, damage or injury caused either directly or indirectly by the use of the equipment.
Any second hand equipment is sold as seen. No guarantee is offered unless specifically stated on delivery documents.
General
All goods sold by Ayside Poultry Arks shall remain their property until fully paid for by the purchaser.
Ayside Poultry Arks reserve the right to alter the materials or design of any piece of equipment without prior notice.
Delivery
All prices are quoted ex-works, delivery being extra. We are very conscious of the cost of delivery.
Placing an Order
The placing of an order constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of business.
